Onze vrijwillige digihelpers doen hun best om iedereen ofwel meteen verder te helpen, tips te geven of door te verwijzen om een oplossing te vinden. Een digihelper is geen IT-expert die alles voor jou doet, maar wel iemand die zelf vlot met een computer en\/of smartphone kan werken en die je uitlegt wat je moet doen. Zo leer je zelf hoe het werkt en wat je de volgende keer moet doen. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Op die manier wil lokaal bestuur Nijlen zijn steentje bijdragen om iedereen mee te nemen in de mogelijkheden en voordelen van de digitale wereld. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Het kan echt over alle mogelijke onderwerpen gaan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hoe installeer ik itsme en hoe werk ik ermee?<\/li>\n<li>Hoe installeer ik een app op mijn smartphone?<\/li>\n<li>Hoe kan ik mijn gsm verbinden met een wifi-netwerk?<\/li>\n<li>Hoe installeer ik een printer?<\/li>\n<li>Hoe verzend en open ik een e-mail? Hoe voeg ik een bijlage toe?<\/li>\n<li>Hoe verstuur ik een foto en hoe sla ik die op?<\/li>\n<li>Hoe kan ik WhatsApp of Facebook gebruiken?<\/li>\n<li>Hoe geraak ik op overheidssites?<\/li>\n<li>Hoe kan ik doktersvoorschriften terugvinden die op mijn e-ID staan? &#8230;<\/li>\n<li>\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Wanneer?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vanaf maandag 2 september 2024 is er een vrijwilliger aanwezig tussen 14:00 uur en 16:00 uur.<br \/>(met uitzondering van sluitingsdagen zoals bv. feestdagen)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Digihelpers gezocht<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heb je zelf interesse om anderen te helpen met hun digitale vragen? Word dan digihelper in \u00e9\u00e9n van onze digipunten in de bibliotheek of het buurtpunt.
